Better Dog Academy
We at the Swedish Kennel Club want to increase knowledge about dogs. Therefore, we have developed this app with two hours of educational and inspirational films, full of happy dogs and puppies.
The films are produced by Better Dog Academy, which has extensive experience in training dogs and dog owners. The educational films are easy to follow and they are adapted to fit most dogs. They are pedagogically designed and show how you step by step teach the dog different moments. You can select movies from three categories; Valp training, Everyday Sound and Activation. We at the Swedish Kennel Club want it to be fun to train with their dog.
For example, in the category “Valptraining” you will find suggestions on how to teach the puppy to work well and to get in touch. We also take up topics that you may benefit from knowing as new-born dog owners, such as dog language and how to avoid stressing their puppy.
In the section “Everyday Sound” we show, among other things, how the dog can be taught to go well, to get in touch and to walk well past dogs. Some other movies are about calming the overactive dog, how you learn it to be loose and work well in different everyday situations.
Activation is great when you want to find the joy of communicating and interacting with your dog. Our activation films show how to teach the dog to sit beautifully, dance, clean and stack rings. This is a training that will give you a satisfied and well-behaved dog.
You will of course get access to all upcoming movies at no additional charge.
The app requires an internet connection to play the movies.
